These Terms govern your use of the games, apps and website provided by Pharm Labs Studio ("Pharm Labs", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing our games, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or modified clients;
• Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell our games or content;
• Do not interfere with other players or our services.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Coins, skins and other virtual items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.

4. Advertising

Our games may show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.

5. Intellectual property

All games, characters (including the Top Dog pack), artwork, music, logos and code are owned by Pharm Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Our games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pharm Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the games or website.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend or discontinue any game at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
